Supported by Cancer Research UK, this trial is looking at exercise as a treatment for men with prostate cancer.

We know from research that exercise can improve your fitness, strength, overall health and quality of life. It may also slow down the growth of cancer.

This feasibility study is hoping to find out if it is possible to do a large scale trial looking at exercise in men with prostate cancer.

Those taking part in the trial are split into two treatment groups; one group have an individual exercise plan created for them while the other group are given a physical activity pack. Those with the exercise plan attend training sessions twice a week for a year whilst the physical activity pack provides information about exercise for people living with and beyond cancer.
